Repairs

It is our responsibility to carry out repairs caused by normal wear and tear or faults. But you are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or other members of your household. This includes any breakages or problems that arise as a result of neglect. We charge residents for any work done that is not our responsibility to repair.

If you need to report a repair - or if you have a problem, or suspect that something is wrong, then you can contact contact one of our Customer Services Officers during office hours (between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday) on the following number and they will arrange for a contractor to visit you.

If you suspect you have a gas leak, you should contact the gas board immediately on 0800 111 999

If you have an emergency outside these hours, call the emergency service, which is available at all times when the office is not open on 020 7299 0770

Your call will be answered by a company called “Homecare” on our behalf – and they will contact the appropriate contractor.
