Soho Housing Association has 39 commercial units providing valuable income to help fund and support the growth and running of the affordable housing stock. Mainly retail units housing independent businesses on the ground floor of a number of our residential blocks, allows us to better manage the immediate environment for our residential occupiers.

Our tenants include traditional book shops, restaurants, fashion and cosmetics as well as a nursery and a post office. The income generated is a key part of Soho Housing’s financial strength and a cornerstone in our growth strategy of providing new affordable housing.
