1. Do you have a resident scrutiny panel?

Yes, we have a panel of residents that meet quarterly to discuss subjects that matter the most to them. We use this panel to make improvements to our and we are always happy for new members to join the group. We look for a broad range of residents who reflect the geography of our homes.

2. Can we set up a residents' association for our block?

Of course, we are always very happy to see new residents associations being formed and will actively support wherever we can.

We are also happy to attend meetings and collaborate with the associations in the improvements of their blocks.
