1. What do I do if large items, such as mattresses, have been dumped in or around my block or estate?
If you have large household items to dispose of, you should arrange for the local authority to collect them.
If others have dumped items that are too big to put in the bin and are within the boundaries of the block, you can report these to your Housing Officer who will arrange for collection.
Please be advised that repeated bulk collections may impact your service charges.
