Soho Housing are delighted to be partnering with the developer Derwent on a new landmark development in the heart of the Baker Street Quarter.
The whole scheme comprises just over 200,000 square feet of office space and 51 residential units. Soho Housing will acquire a long lease for the 10 affordable units, five one bedroom flats and five two bedroom flats.
