Soho Housing are working with one of our trusted partners, Grosvenor, on an exciting new development at the South Molton Triangle. 

On completion, Soho Housing will acquire a long lease for the 11 affordable units. There will be four one bedroom flats, five two bedroom flats and two three bedroom flats. The whole development is focussing on sustainability and are designed to produce 37% less carbon than current UK standards.
