Programme of annual visits to understand needs of residents
We have recently launched a programme to visit all our residents over the next year.
This will be an opportunity for you to meet with your housing officer, discuss matters relating to your tenancy and to check on any issues in your home that need to be resolved. As part of this exercise, we will also be ensuring we have up to date information about who is living in the property and that we understand any specific housing needs you have.
It is important that we know who is living in our properties and who we are housing, especially as we think about future homes that we are building. We need to make sure these meet the needs of the communities that we serve.
We also hope this will be a useful visit for you to get to know your housing officer better and ask any questions about your tenancy or living in a Soho Housing property that you might have.
