Rent

Information about rent and how to pay it.

1. How do I pay my rent?

All rents are due in advance.

Weekly rents are due weekly in advance each Monday and monthly rents are due at the start of each month.

Your account must always be in credit.

Rent can be paid in the following ways:

The easiest way of paying is by Direct Debit.

You can choose what amount you pay and whether you pay the amount weekly, fortnightly, every 4 weeks or monthly.

If you pay the full amount of rent due, then we can automatically update the amount you pay when the rent changes.

To arrange a direct debit please contact our rent collection partners Touchstone by calling 01225 259276

Register with our online payment service Allpay.

You can also securely make credit or debit card payments over the phone.

Call 0330 0416497 and have your card details ready.

You will also need your 19 Digit payment reference number (this is the number on the front of your rent card).

You can make cash payments using your rent card in any Post Office or anywhere displaying the PayPoint sign.

If you do not have a Rent Card or need a replacement please contact our rent collection partners Touchstone by calling 01225 259276

You can instruct your bank to make regular payments from your account to us – but you will need to send them a new instruction each time we change the rent – they will not know to do this automatically.

If you want your payments to be amended automatically, please see the section above on Direct Debits. To get a Standing Order Form, please contact our rent collection partners Touchstone by calling 01225 259276
