Soho Housing took ownership of 8 affordable properties at 12-13 Greek Street in April 2022.
The properties were completed to a high specification in partnership with Soho Estates and deliver intermediate rent properties in our heartland.
We have been particularly keen to find residents with a connection to the local area, particularly those who might have been struggling to find suitable accommodation in the area.
