At Soho Housing, our residents are at the heart of everything we do. We want to hear from you!
We are looking for residents to take part in one of our upcoming focus groups to help us shape and create our new Resident Engagement Strategy. This is your opportunity to share your views, tell us what matters most to you, and help us understand how we can improve our services and the experience of living in a Soho Housing home.
We want our new strategy to reflect the voices, experiences and priorities of our residents, and your input will play an important part in making this happen.
Choose a session that works for you!
You can choose to attend either of the following sessions:
Online Focus Group
Date: Monday 9 November 2026
Time: 16:00 – 17:30
Location: Online (joining details will be provided)
In-Person Focus Group
Date: Thursday 12 November 2026
Time: 16.00 to 17:30
Location: Soho Housing offices, 18 Hanway Street, London, W1T 1UF
You only need to attend one session, so please choose whichever option works best for you.
There’s also a chance to win £100!
As a thank you for giving up your time and sharing your views, all residents who attend a focus group will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £100.
