Soho Housing are writing a new Resident Engagement Strategy. It sets out how residents can have a say in our services and in decisions that affect their homes.
We know we need to get better at showing residents that we listen and act on what they tell us. This strategy will set out our approach to doing that.
The draft strategy is built around four themes. Please tell us if these are the right priorities and what you would like us to do. Your answers will shape the final strategy.
