We are committed to ensuring that we meet all the targets set by the government and, in doing so, improve the energy efficiency of our homes and assist our residents with the rising costs of energy bills. At present we are collecting data on our homes by carrying out Energy Performance Certificates.

If you would like to know the energy performance of your home, you can check its current rating by visiting the government register and entering your postcode. If your property does not have a certificate, you can contact us by emailing housing@sohoha.org.uk Our in-house energy assessor will be in contact with you to arrange a visit to your property and complete a survey.
