8. How do I end my tenancy with Soho Housing?
If you wish to end your tenancy, you will need to give us notice in line with your tenancy agreement. This is usually four weeks but may be longer depending on the type of tenancy.
We may ask to check the property during this notice period. You will need to empty your property on or before the date your notice expires and return your keys to us.
You will remain liable for rent until the time that we receive the keys with vacant possession of the property.
If the property is not left clear of your belongings we may charge you for the removal of these items.
